Did you ever attempt cutting back on your screen time?

I only use my computer screen when teaching online for at least 8 hours. Although it can top the classes online for another 4 hours, It means I can reduce my screen time at random. How I wish I could have digital detoxification. The mere fact is that I cannot do this. For this reason, I have weakened my eyes and need to wear eyeglasses. How about you, guys? Have you tried to reduce your screen time lately? Image Credit: media.istockphoto.com

I am glad that you have an option to do it. For me, I need to use it for a couple of hours. I am not complaining because it is my bread and butter.

Its not always easy because I end up remembering that there is a task I must complete, but I try to sleep at the same time everyday to reduce my screen time.

I can feel you on this matter. Sleeping is what we can do to strengthen our immune system.

I can't move away from the screen, only the distance between my eyes is what I limit.

I am using eyeglasses with anti-radiation now. I think it is a good help for my eyes not to be affected by it.

I usually have screen time for 12 hours a day. I have to work for 8-10 hours and watch something now and then. If I want to decrease my screentime, I go out and keep my phone inside my pocket.

We are alike because I also work at least 10 to 12 hours per day. It is inevitable not to be in front of my computer. If I am offline, I just hike in the mountains.

I do try to lessen my screen time. Lately I've been taking the weekends off and trying to stay off the computer.

I also do the same thing yesterday. Friday is my day off and I tried my best not to use my computer.

Yes, but I can't. I am addicted to screens. If I clean my room or do other things I can reduce my screen time. I learn daily and everything I do is on a screen.

I can related to you. Aside from teaching, I tried my best not to use the computer screen in checking online. I use my mobile phone if not in front of it.
