I have returned to the hospital. While I was gone, George turned on the t.v. and found a movie. He also said a few words to me, too. He's also making more of an effort to laugh up the junk in his lungs. And, actually get it out. It's just going to take work to get that ability back. Never thought I'd miss something as gross as spitting.
