Two pleasant surprises this morning

I got an email this morning from a past neighbor friend. She sent me a $50 Amazon ecard. Then a few minutes ago one of my present neighbors knocked on my door and handed me a potted orchid. Will I get a visit from a future neighbor? And who will it be? I hope they bring chocolate.

I just finished to make the chocolate mousse to cover the Yule Log cake and I licked the spatula.
