Way to Receive More Oxytocin in Your Life

Oxytocin is a hormone known as the love hormone and it affects aspects of bonding. Hugging, laughing together, eye contact, handshakes, a kiss on the cheek, and other physical touch helps in the release of this hormone and emits feelings of closeness.
Doing more exhilarating activities(sky diving, bungy jumping, etc.) with others is a bonding experience too.
Did you know that taking a bath releases more oxytocin to the body than showering? It is literally like receiving a hug because of the water all around you.
