I was unfortunately working on Jan 1st and got off to work as usual. The roads were very empty! This was in contrast to the overnight revelry and celebrations that kept the roads congested and noisy. It was a breeze getting into work while most others slept in late or nursed a hangover!!

Kids go back to school next Monday and many are still vacationing until this Sunday. Our roads are also empty.

Kids reopen school end of Jan. But the usual work traffic does clog up traffic.
