Being Rose (2017) Movie Review

Cybil Sheperd plays a great character in this movie. She's a retired cop with an illness. She's on a road trip to see her estranged son. She meets James Brolin's character, Max who is a cowboy and she stays with him for a while. It's a good story I was lucky to find on Tubi last night. I've been lucky to find some good ones lately. I hope my streak lasts a while. I think it takes a lot of gonads for a woman like Cybil to do a movie lead with no makeup. She looked awful.

Tubi is great. I used to watch it a lot.
I sure do love Cybil she was great and the Brolins are wonderful too.
She looked awful in it huh? Hard to imagine as she was so lovely.

Right! Brolin is married to Barbra Streisand. He looks awful old in this movie. Hard to imagine Cybil as anything but how she is in Moonlighting.

Oh Jeepers. Never was Shepherd ugly in this movie. Oh you naIled me. Epic film in so many ways. I loved seeing not young people with all the wrinkles playing hero parts. I should be in bed but the movie got me. Brolin the aged hunk cowboy. Fine stuff. Thanks!!!!!
