Deputy in Oregon gives an owl a ride in his squad car

Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (CSCO) Recruit Deputy Wilson was assisting a tow truck driver who had been in accident after an owl flew into the tow truck as the owl suffered an injury.
Reserve Deputy Wilson with the assistance of Butterfield and Anderson were able to take the injured owl in their squad car to a local animal hospital to hopefully make a full recover on the evening of Wednesday.

I am sure that the owl flew into the tow truck window due to not being able to see in the darkness.

They are certainly jacks of all trades, being flexible in their jobs like that and doing the right thing by the owl, rather than just shooing it out of the truck, to fend for itself.
