What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
Tonight I'm making a roasted boneless skinless chicken thigh seasoned with Emeril's Essence. To go with it I'm making lemon potatoes and green beans with a vodka lemon cream sauce. My stomach is not so great today so I don't know if I'll be able to eat it. If not I'll have lunch for tomorrow.

It is chicken night here also.
I have some chicken schnitzel in the oven, also some baby coloured potatoes with some spices on them, and I will steam some organic carrots. I also have a piece of a baguette (1 baguette makes for 3 meals for us) to put into the oven before we eat.
