Sad Story of a Man's Life

As many of you who read my posts know I have been following ex-Scientologists on YouTube and their attempts to get more Scientologists to leave the cult. I have been a fan of this heroic stand since early spring of 2023. They do all manner of videos of the realism of Scientology and how corrupt it is. Last night I was listening to the main guy that is one of my favorites and that I probably watch the most. He knows the ins and outs of the cult and many of the people affiliated with it. He told the story of a man who is probably about 35-40 years old and was brought up in the cult. That's all he knows. He was living in Florida but, due to some litigation, he was involved in he was sent to LA. This man is one of those who help to cover up the child trafficking, rapes, money laundering, credit card scamming, and identity theft that has been and is going on within this horrible cult. In fact, the Feds are looking for him. He works in one particular Scientology building every day. He walks down into the basement and through a tunnel to another building where he eats his meals and has a room where he sleeps. Now this is this man's life and the routine he has followed day after day for about 15 years now. He never leaves and goes outside, he never has a day off or goes on vacation. Just works, eats, and sleeps all in between these two buildings and never goes outside.
Can you believe it? I would go totally bonkers by the third day. Never seeing the sky or breathing fresh air. Plus, I am a very curious person and would want to know what was going on out in the outside world. None of these Scientologists know what goes on in the cult itself much less in the outside world. And, not all of them made the decision themselves to enter the cult but were born into it and know nothing about the world.

That's certainly not a way to live. Have a good weekend.

That is terrible that a former Scientologist was treated the way he was when he was part of that cult.

It is very common. This is just one of many such stories.
