Something different for lunch today.

I don't eat a lot of pasta at home. But today I decided to try something different. I boiled up some TJs spinach tortellini and smothered it in pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese. It was actually quite yummy and filled me up. Tomorrow I have the day off and will get some writing and Fur Elise practice done. How was your Saturday?

Fur Elise practice - what is that? The Food Fare that you had sounds delicious. Saturday was occupied with going out, some shopping, followed by Movie Watching and some Internet Time on a few sites. Hoping for some good sunshine today afternoon.

My Saturday was productive enough, I guess. Got our errands done and made a nice pot of beef, vegetable soup. Your lunch sounds good, except you can keep that chili you included in the picture.

@porwest How long does bottled spaghetti sauce "keep" in the fridge? Who knows when I'll get a taste for pasta again.

It snowed, and then it snowed some more. Currently (Sunday 9:45 am) it's -10°/14°F but sunny.

Sounds like a good day to admire the snow from indoors!

I am glad you enjoyed your pasta. We both like pasta and it's something I make at least a couple of times a week.

@TheHorse - I made tortellini two weeks ago, I froze in portions, as fresh tortellini do not last as dry pasta.

Pasta is nice but I've never had it with cheese or sauce. Those on the photo look good and I doubt I can find a similar one in my city. Maybe a different brand. My Saturday was good. There was sunshine. I enjoyed some nuts and coconut which my dad brought with him from the coast. My Sunday was sunny but it rained in the evening.
