What did you have for dinner last night?

On my way home from Guitar Center last night. I picked up a Casper's hot dog and gobbled it up when I got home. It's become a ritual of mine to grab a Casper's hot dog at least once a week after work.
It's been awhile since I've had Thai food. Maybe I'll visit my friend Ko this evening. I either get Tom Kha Gai or Red Curry Chicken and Beef when I visit her place.
How is your Friday shaping up? I hope to practice some music and write a bit, as I don't have to teach. And of course, what did you have for dinner last night?

I wound up fixing myself some mac and chease while George got tube fed. I somehow managed to squeeze in the four feeds a day he needed yesterday. He's drinking fluids in-between, and I'm working on his orel intake, but at least with his peg tube we don't have to shove food down his throat.

@TheHorse Right now, no. It's all dependant on him and on what the neturitionist says.

@kaylachan I hope they give you/him a best guess/goal. Predictability is good for ones (sic?) health.

@LindaOHio You inspired me yesterday. I got a couple of chicken thighs and some slaw at Safeway.

I did my usual cop out. I had a TV dinner. Thai beef on rice with broccoli and a sweet and sour gravy. Tonight I had the rest of it with a bit of Italian sausage in it. I had left overs because I was repackaging my cut out teddy bears that I am going to sew. I had been packaging them in plastic grocery bags. It was okay, except for the fact that I had to open the bag to check and see what was in the bag to be able to sew it. By bagging it in zip lock bags I can see what it is and go from there. Plus, the bags of bears take up a quarter of the space that they used to take up. I had been thinking of the change for a while, today I implemented it. All the plastic grocery bags will go into recycling in the morning. I'll need to buy a couple of boxes of gallon zip lock bags and quart zip lock bags. I'll also need to get 2.5 gallon zip lock bags too, but it's worth the investment because I also won't be searching for pieces that would fall out of the plastic grocery bags.
But I wandered off the subject. I'm kind of lazy since it's just me eating here and cooking for one isn't something that is high on my list. I will say I have two roomies that love my cooking, and they will sit on the arm of my chair and beg for samples of my home cooking, but the cost doesn't really justify the cost of buying all the individual ingredients for a meal.
My Friday night is ending with my doing some posting on the lot and getting ready to crawl in bed. Tomorrow I need to do some mending for a friend of mine when I get up and get ready for our trip to the farmer's market and whatever else we decide to do.
Have a great Friday night and a wonderful weekend! Make sure you do something extra special for yourself in the way of a treat. Petey and Freya send their "Meows and hellos" and also a ton of "Purrs" at you in hopes you have a great weekend.
