I was writing a post telling you about what I´m preparing for a late lunch. I can´t eat any warm food with this heat so I´m preparing steak tartar, raw meat cooked in lemon juice, with spices and a good mustard. I was writing a lot about it and could almost taste it when the post just "flew" away.

Now I´ll just post this small one so that it stays. If you want to know more about it, ask me. See you. I´m off to eat it.

I lose my appetite in the hot weather too but it doesn't seem to help me lose weight.

I don´t lose weight either but maybe it is because I take longer naps.

No. The meat is "cooked" with lemon juice.

I think Luna wants to take of her fur. She stays all day in the shadow where it is cooler.
