I am not the greatest fan of the Baltimore Ravens football team but Ravens football player Mark Andrews gained the admiration of a doctor and a nurse who had a hard time trying to revive a passenger aboard a Southwest Airlines plane that was traveling between Baltimore and Phoenix on Thursday.
A woman who was aboard the flight suddenly passed out due to low blood sugar since Mark is diabetic himself told the nurse and doctor.
Mark had then a diabetic testing kit with him then offered the nurse and doctor to how to use the testing kit to check on the blood-sugar level so that the woman could be checked on to determine what caused her to pass out aboard the flight.
After Mark gave the doctor his diabetic kit, the heart rate of the female passenger came back to finish the flight when paramedics took the female victim to a local hospital for treatment.
It is nice to know that some football players use their star power to assist others without making a big deal about it.

Glad that the woman could be assisted and helped, I am always surprised that people who have dangerous conditions let themselves get into emergency situations,

I am in agreement with you that a football player was there to assist someone in need of assistance.

It takes a certain type of a person to step up like that, an extraordinary person. Most ordinary people would just stay seated in their seat. Good on him.
