Nice walk on my lunch break / myLot

I went for a nice walk on my lunch break. It was a little cooler then yesterday but still a very nice day for walking. It is hard to walk outside during the winter with the ice and snow but after having a week of Spring like weather all out snow and ice is gone. They are calling for snow tomorrow but I hope we don't get much or that it passes us by. I am done with winter. Enough is enough already. I mostly walk inside in the winter but I am glad to be able to walk outside again. I try to go for at least one walk every day. Keeps the heart healthy. Do you go for daily walks?

We walk almost every day. We walked this morning, we needed a few things and we walked to the stores.

@LadyDuck Yes it sure is. It helps with mental health too to get outside and spend time in the sun.

I have to because of my heart issues but there are days that I don't feel much like it but I make myself do it.

Glad you enjoyed your walk when my boyfriend does his physical therapy I walk around the room there and also do the treadmill.

Not daily, but I try to go 3x per week. I went out today, but it was raining. AccuWeather said it wouldn't rain until 4. However, I walked, but it was abbreviated.

When it is dry and I feel well I go for a little walk after I finish work every day. I didn't do that today, I had an appointment, but maybe tomorrow.
