Art or Trash? Perverted or Exploited?

Sometimes I wonder if women are their own worst enemies. I honestly wonder what on earth a woman thinks while she is being covered in bits of tape (not sure if this was duct tape, electrical tape or packing tape, but tape it was) in lieu of clothes. Living art? Art has as its purpose, the expression of the Artist's vision on a medium of choice or to communicate a message about that vision. So of course every person in the fashion and art industry is applauding the artist for his vision in creating this show. The artist wants people, in a world of sheep, to be the dragons that roar, hmmm yes, quite, whatever you say. How covering bits of female anatomy in tape achieves this, is not made entirely clear. I'm not so concerned about what this particular artist has a vision, I'm more concerned about what his chosen mediums as human beings think of themselves. I wonder if it is really dragon like behaviour to look like trash so someone else can get all the accolades for his (artistic term) fearless vision or if you do not remain an exploited sheep for perverting your own body. Somehow I think the only roaring these women did came when the tape was removed.
“In a world full of sheep, be the mighty dragon that roars fearlessly,” penned the self-crowned “king of tape,” fashion designer Joel Alvarez.

I think the artist gets most of his pleasure in applying the tape.
