The reason I won't be going shopping tomorrow is because Paul said he can come round tomorrow morning to see my paintings!
I don't want to put him off till another time because if I do that I don't know when he'll be available to come round again!
As well as showing him my paintings, I've got a couple of art magazines to give him, and a peel off palette pad for acrylic paints.
He also said he's moving house soon. I've got a couple of fabric like storage boxes I don't have a use for, and I don't know if he'll be able to make use of those.
It's half term today so my Mum and step-dad won't be going to the luncheon club, but I'm still going to be doing some painting. I'll just have to move it all off the dining room table in time for dinner, and then put it all back agaIn afterwards to carry on. I'm hoping to finish the lion today so that I can show Paul the finished painting tomorrow, but I don't want to rush it and make a mess of it.
I forgot to put my fish out to thaw last night again, but I've just thawed it out in the microwave.
What are you lot getting up to today?
I hope you are all well.
Have a nice day.

Yes, it is. I've been asking him if he can come round since October last year!
What bad phone calls have you been getting?
Paul texted me when I was doing my painting today and it made me jump when it went off!
I did have a good day, thank you very much.

@just4him No, he'll laugh, because there's a bit of an in-joke there!

@sharonelton I’ve been sorting the junk in the garage. It just got dumped there when we moved house and it’s a mess. Most of it will go out I think. We’ve got such a tiny house compared to before. I hope Paul appreciates the paintings. Looking forward to seeing the lion.

I hope you are successful in sorting out your garage. I'm having trouble sorting out my bedroom! I think Paul will like my paintings, and he'll laugh at the drawing of the cabbage!

Yes, it worked wonders on my fish. 2 minutes in the microwave on defrost and it was almost thawed.

Its better not to rush, there is always a next time. Good for giving the storage boxes, those are always welcome. Defrosting fish - do like my mom in law - just remove it from the packet, put the fish in a bag and put it in the sink with cool water - they defrost in no time without the risk of half cooking. Hope you enjoyed the fish

Thank you very much.
I'll ask Paul if he can make use of the storage boxes.
I thawed the fish in the microwave on defrost for 2 minutes and it was fine. Almost thawed, and not half cooked!
I did enjoy the fish, it was very nice thank you.

I hope he likes the paintings, is he an artist himself? Your storage boxes should be useful, it is nice of you to give them away.

I'm sure he will. He was a complete beginner when he joined the art class but I thought he did really well. Ofcause, we both had our disasters!
I think he will laugh at my drawing of the cabbage.
Well, I have no more use for them, I've got big plastic containers now for my art stuff and earring making stuff, so they're just taking up space.
