I am not the right person to answer this. For the reason that I cannot find the right secret to attaining a happy life. Through my years of existence, I have still struggled to have this aspiration. Regardless, I am not giving up on having true happiness. What say you guys? Do you want to share any secrets with me? Does it apply to other people as well?

Give yourself time to relax and enjoy life like going to places that you love

Traveling is the best option for me when it comes to feeling stressed out. However, it stopped that often due to the pandemic before. Now, my life is busier and busier. I am trying my best to balance it, though.

I cannot say I am happy all the time. Life has ups and downs. But in general, I am in a good mood most of the time. To me, contentment is the key to happiness.

Indeed. We cannot have a perfect life in this world. It is normal to feel happy and unhappy at random. For me, God gives us challenges to face, and we need to be confident in our ability to face them.

Spiritually, I always feel grateful to God for being alive day by day. At some point, it boosts my confidence to live with a purpose.

Just do what is right in this world. Have friends that are good people. Try to find friends that share your values and share what you like. That will make you happy.

My primary goal as a virtual teacher is to transfer my soft skills to my online students. In this way, I am feeling happiness if they are improving.

I still struggle myself but know no one else can make you happy. You have to make yourself happy. If someone comes along, friend or other, that you feel happy with, that is a bonus.

You are right. I have been loving myself for many years now. It is a big plus to have trusted individuals aside from my immediate family.

We have to enjoy those special moments in life which make us happy because life is a series of ups and downs. Things which make me happy are achieving things or being creative. Listening to music is something else which makes me happy. You don't search for happiness; it comes from within.

A sloth person will not achieve his or her true happiness by being like this. There is a saying that "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" if we do not take any action to get it.

I feel bad for those individuals who are not content with their lives. They even live beyond their means, which is not a good thing.

Perhaps, happiness is overrated, and it is far better to live a useful life, where we have provided service, and benefits, to those around us too. If we restrict our actions, by looking for happiness in them first, or in trying to achieve happiness from them, we restrict the flow of our life, and we try to create happiness, rather than just allowing it to come to us, from whatever we are doing, in living that useful life.

Indeed. We need to take action to achieve true happiness in life. It may not be perfect, but we tend not to give up on achieving them, either in tangible or intangible ways.

@Shavkat Yes, without taking action, happiness will just remain a pipedream of ours, and never fully realised.
