Yesterday I told my brother that I was only drinking tap water after I read aboy the nanoparticles in plastic containers and the health problems they had. They went on asking me about my water filter (I had bought the cheapest one) and told me that they did not have to boil the water with the filter they had. I told them to message me the filter brand so I would not forget it and that was that. Today I called my brother to thank him for the invitation and to ask him if they were interesed in part of the leftovers as they are a lot. He declined but told me that they had an extra water filter that they could give me if I wanted to have it. I was very grateful and my brother will come at some time to bring it to me. He then told me that they would have to wait some time before going to another Chinese restaurant. I´m sorry for them that they had such a bad experience. It seems that that restaurant, the first Chinese one here, had been sold several years ago to someone else. So the quality of that first restaurant had nothing to do with this one. But I´ll have a new water filter and I told my brother that after I returned from Dixie´s (I´ll only be there a couple of days) I´ll invite them to my house. My SIL has always had high cholesterol levels so there are some meats she does not eat. But a trout is easy to make (you can´t go wrong with it except if you overcook it) and any thing can go well with it. Will I recover my brother? I don´t dare hope. But I´ll keep my fingers crossed.
