Taco Friday

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a new El Paso Taco Kit called Bold and Soft. The hard taco is like a Dorito, and the soft is a flour tortilla. They were on sale at Publix. I looked at Walmart, and the other grocery stores I go to, and couldn't find that particular kind. So I went to Publix and found it again there...but OMG..When I bought the first batch, it was BOGO. THIS time it wasn't on sale and I was shocked..$5.79! I buy the taco kits all the time at Walmart for $3.84! WOW Publix sure is proud of their taco kits! Anyway, I bought it because we really LOVED the way the hard taco wasn't so hard and grainy like other kits. Very light and crisp. Going to go talk to Walmart and the other stores to see if they will stock the Bold and Soft. Can't wait till supper!

In Mexico, I always made me a breakfast tostada. Fried a white corn tortilla, then fried the egg and put it on top with a little salsa. YUM!
