Good Sunday morning, what's for breakfast?

I woke up this morning feeling so much better. Still a bit dizzy but nowhere near as bad as yesterday. I found some exercises online to help with dizziness so I did them on and off throughout the day yesterday. Not sure if that is what helped but I do feel better. I got a lot of sleep this weekend which was much needed after not sleeping much all last week. Having my morning coffee and thinking about breakfast? I usually just have an egg and toast but wanted something more this morning. What did you have for breakfast? What is your favorite breakfast?

This past night I had a tummy ache, I had to get up a couple of times, but I am fine this morning. We had orange and poppy seed muffins for breakfast. Our favorite breakfast is always a muffin sometimes with a yogurt and some berries. I am glad you feel better.

@Happy2BeMe Cranberry orange is very good. I have some frozen blueberries, I am going to use them to make muffins.

Yesterday I had tummy ache so today I will just take a weak tea and a couple of toast with butter for breakfast. But as I feel well again, I´m sure that I´ll eat a nice lunch later on.

Sorry about your diziness. That is so unpleasant. I really hate being dizzy. Fortunately, it doesn't happen to me often. Do you have any idea what is causing it? Favorite breakfast,,,probably pancakes..had oatmeal this AM though.

Because I have some big tablets to try to get down, I've been having toast and cheese for breakfast. I get a mouthful ready to swallow then pop the tablet in the middle and gulp.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I had a PB&J sandwich. I like pancakes, sausage gravy, creamed chipped beef on toast...those are some of my favorites. Have a good week.

I attempted a dish of cereal earlier but it did not go well, it put me in the bed with a stomach ache. I just tried a couple of bites of banana. This has really got me down.

Hello fellow Canadian! It's not Sunday today but Monday. For breakfast I tried to keep it interesting and delicious. I make my own bacon on my smoker, that helps a lot. I'll smoke a chunk of peameal bacon for either sandwiches or, enjoy it with eggs, home fries and toast. Same ideas with the bacon I make. Or I will make my amazing pancakes or deluxe French toast. I have also made my own homemade mc griddles that always come out delicious. Sometimes I will switch up the home fires for onion hash browns. Overall I trued to do a variety of stuff based on what my mood is that morning. Today I am thinking of possibly and omelet or western. I have leftover onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers to use up. Very little if any food goes to waste around here.
