My husband loves a big breakfast. This morning he made a big pot of oatmeal, with all sorts of trail mix added in. Almonds, yellow raisins, raisins and chopped walnuts. Talk about healthy!
He added two slices of buttered toast and enjoyed every bite:)
It was noon, so I just sat down at the table and ate my lunch, at the same time. I don't like eating alone:(
Jay really loves junk food. So, viewing him eating a healthy meal really blessed my heart:) With a grown-up, those habits have to be changed a little bit at a time.

His favorite breakfast is sausage, eggs, fried potatoes and toast. His doctor said NOPE! Maybe once a week, but not every day.
