Amanda Adams who is the mother of a three year old daughter named Kyra who is the youngest family member was altered by her older brother Connor whose age was not released to the public woke her up early in the morning last week since Connor was one his way to school.
After Kyra woke up, she and her older six year cousin Kristen Wood who is a cousin saw a huge fire on the back porch in her home.
Kristen got Kyra out of the home in time before she managed to wake up Amanda to tell her that the house was on fire and they needed to get out of the house before the occupants would suffer loss of life.
Amanda had to get a neighbor to call 911 since she had no cellphone service and telephone due to the fire to inform her husband who was at work that their house which is located in Margaret Alabama.
Even though the Adams family lost their home, they are grateful that through the help of their community, they can rebuild their home.

Losing a home is bad news indeed since the family now will have to find resources to find a new home.

That is true that the children are heroes for getting their mom out of the house just in time.

This family needs smoke alarms. I'm glad the children alerted the family.

The mother must have been a deep sleeper, to sleep through a fire like that.
It was lucky that she had daughters more alert than herself, to save the day, that day.
