Family in Florida rescue a dog that was struggling to stay afloat in a lake

Leslie Acosta and her relatives were having a day of relaxation in Deltona Florida on Sunday when they saw a shepherd lab mixed dog named Dax who was struggling to stay afloat in the middle of the lake.
Leslie and her relatives used a jon boat to rescue Dax from drowning in the lake by getting Dax into the jon boat and take Dax to safety.
The owners of Dax are grateful that their dog who escaped from his home last Sunday when the dog fled his home with the fence of their home broke.
Dax has been reunited with his owners after the Acosta family with the assistance of readers of Facebook who help the owners to locate Dax and bring him back home.

Maybe the dog swam off further than he could manage, trying to make it to the other side. It was good somebody cared enough to rescue him.
