Have You Ever Had Fluffy Pancakes?

I want to make these. There is a restaurant here in Denver somewhere that has these. Don't they look luscious? So would you like to make these? I love the whipped creme and fruit too there.

@RebeccasFarm I am not sure if I can make them, I tried to make normal pancakes and I am not good at making them.

Those are super fluffy

! I know there are Japanese souffle pancakes that look like that, but I haven't had them yet. I'll see if Hubby will make them - he's the pancake dude

Those are super fluffy. I haven't had anything that fluffy, they look good. I love fruit on the side with pancakes.

They do look yummy. I bet they would be good with whipped cream and blueberry syrup. But I like thin, almost crispy pancakes with maple syrup.
