Thought Provoking Question on Abortion

I think George Carlin, with his usual genius, makes a thought-provoking statement in his skit about abortion. Most of us know all of the controversy about abortion and abortion laws. Where women can be charged in some states if they have to leave their state of residence in order to go to another state where they are able to get abortions. And, those laws that prohibit abortion even in the case of incest or rape. Well, Carlin says that if an embryo is actually a human being then how is it that women aren't charged as serial killers after even their first menstrual cycle?
Your thoughts, please.

I agree with Chicaa 100 percent..there is no pregnancy if the woman bleeds.

@celticeagle eggs don't equal embryos. Fertilized eggs would be embryos.

A woman is certainly not responsible for her menstrual cycle. There is no intent of murder. Have a good day.
