What I Ate Today - 3/12/24

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Once again it is getting late- but I wanted to share my food/health report for the day. My weigh in - 211.8 (that's up 0.8 pounds) Starting - 216.4 (I am still down almost 5 pounds since starting though) Blood sugars - I just checked the fasting number (Need to put a new CGM on) - 130 something. What did I eat? Meal 1 - almost 5 oz salmon, 1 oz cheese, 1 TBSP ranch Meal 2 - 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon Meal 3 - 4 oz deli turkey, and 1 cheese stick Macros for everything: Calories - 891 Protein - 89 Fat - 65 Carbs - 8 Net carbs - 6 I know my calories were too low, but didn't feel too hungry. Protein was pretty good and kept my carbs super low at least. What do you think of this day of eating? Photo via Pixabay

@MommyOfEli2013 -It happens, the weight tend to stabilize for a while before getting down more.

@LadyDuck Think it had to do with my insulin...think it wasn't working when I took it, needle not on right or something. I lost a bit and my sugar was better today after I realized that and fixed it

The calories are pretty correct, I measure everything....and all that.

@MommyOfEli2013 I come to University. So till 6 pm I take food which is light enough for the afternoon so it is tiffin
