Just the Kind of Luck I Have

First of all, I had great plans to cook some pork butt steaks on the grill tonight since we have been enjoying some nice weather in the 70s with the heat off and the windows open.
Except, after I got the meat seasoned up to cook, it started to rain. Just my luck. I am just baking it in the oven as we speak.
Then to top it off, I needed to get a new tong and so last week I went to Dollar Tree where I have usually had good luck at $1.25 buying them and them working. I used it tonight and one of the handles came off.
Ugh. Oh well. I can still use it, but I will probably have to glue it. I have a MegaMillions ticket. Based on my experience today I am sure I won't win a dime on it.

My day was pretty quiet and uneventful. Got to talk to my husband twice today. That's always good. He says they might transfer him to rehab tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Have a good day.

so it sounds where nothing goes right.
We had a awesome day today, we got
busy & finished the 2nd wall today.
now all we have to get done is the
over hang cubby hole in the bathroom
which SHOULDN'T be a big deal.
THEN we can get started on the Bathroom.
