Went to see my ENT and I have a sinuse infection, then I went and voted early...went home for about an hour, then off to see my Surgeon..Then went and got my Lotto for tonight. Came home and realized I had nothing thawed out for supper, so Tom sent me to pick up Heavenly Hash at a restaurant that has the best in town. Came home..fried 2 eggs a piece to put on top. Have some left over for lunch tomorrow. Just caught my 2nd wind. LOL off to play some bingo on line. G'night!

That sounds really good. Man, the other day when we were tooling around checking out that campsite near El Paso, Illinois, we stopped off at Woody's for lunch and I had a Haystack Skillet, which is just a bed of hashbrowns with a heavily gravied country fried steak on top and 2 fried eggs on top of that.
Talk about a winner! That was GOOD. I MIGHT just be willing to make an occasional three hour drive just to eat it again. lol
As for the lottery, hope you win. I've got my MegaMillions and hoping I can be counting my cool $792 million very, very soon.

It sure was good...but not as good as it used to be. The green peppers were extra small as well as the tomatoes...had to search for them in all those hashbrowns. Then this morning my Blood Sugar was HIGH...133! Been a long time since it was that high in the morning.

As long as the left over is still good, you can have it. I am used to having left over. I often don't eat up the food, so I put it in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
