Woke up on time.

I think I'm finally adjusted to daylight saving's time. Or, just hungry. Either way, I woke up on time and just now got George up. I changed his pill from nine and nine to ten and ten. He seems to be more alert by then. As long as I leave a 12- hour gap between doses I'm fine. And, I don't have to be exact, minute to minute, so long as I'm not making up my own times and one is less than the other by to much. So far, aside from accidentally forgetting one pill (I'm human) it's worked out fine.
Chilly is underfoot because he knows it's time for breakfast (at least for George) so he thinks that it's time for him, too. I'll feed him after I've changed George's peg tube dressing.

I have to take two different blood pressure medications, and I've found that the easiest way for me to make it part of my routine is to take one in the morning with my coffee, and the other at night before I go to bed. It really helps to have a routine to help remember these things.
There's been times where I've forgotten to take my pills, like recently when I was on a week-long backpacking trip with my son. Since I wasn't drinking coffee in the morning, I kept forgetting to take my morning pill. But then I'd remember around lunch time or so and then I'd just take it then.

I'm the one who typically keeps George on track since he's gaining the ability back to track these things himself. Even before his stroke, if he didn't write it down (or even if he did) he counted on me to remember things.

@moffittjc I used to get offended when e'd claim that's what "women" were for, but now I can't help but laugh at it.

I knew I would get there eventually. Time change does take adjustment for anyone. I found, even when I started working for myself, that my body adapted over time to the time change. No matter what I tried to do.

Dear Chilly. He needs to learn patience.

Time and pills means disaster. I finally found a wonderful doctor for my problem that said: eat one with breakfast and one with dinner. I asked first what about the 12 hour difference and he told me that it was more important to have 2 in a day than the exact 12 hour difference. Then I asked what if I forget? he told me never mid, just don´t decide to take 2 to make up for the one you missed. That helped me a lot although I skip one pill sometimes when I´m at Dixie´s becausse they don´t eat dinner. As I´m familly, I grab anything in the kitchen at night, but I´m used to my pill seated at a table with a glass of water. D**n! Enjoy the weekend.

I typically give George his first dose in the morning right before his morning tube feed. Then the second closer to dinner time. However, he's been staying up later. So I try to predict what he'll do. Isn't always easy.

I'm enjoying the extra hour of daylight in the evening; but I wish it would get lighter earlier in the morning...can't have both! Hope you, George and Chilly have a good day.

As usual, you have it together and are taking care of business, Chilly, and George. I hope the three of you have a really good day, Kayla.

That is how my days begin with a quiet meow from Tish and then a loud aria from Freddie letting me know it is time to refill the bowls and to get the day started,
