What I Ate Today - 3/17/24

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I am back to share how I did today with food, numbers, etc... Weigh in? Starting - 216.4 Today - 212.8 I am still down a few pounds but I have gone up again. I had an extra carb day, so not doing the best I could be doing... Blood sugar - 170s fasting, 129 after meal #2 What did I eat? Meal 1 - almost 3 oz deli turkey, 2 cheese sticks Meal 2 - 4.5 oz blackened chicken strips (1 carb per serving) 1 cheese stick mayo/sugar free bbq mix for dipping Meal 3 - 3.5 oz salmon, 1 oz shredded cheese, 1 TBSP ranch Macros for the day: Calories - 805 Protein - 83 Fat - 50 Carbs - 9 Once again, my calories were way under. Protein was pretty good, and fat was low. I also kept the carbs very low. We'll see if the scale is down tomorrow - I hope so after today. What do you think of the day? I know I should add working out in - but also probably on a day I have more than 800 calories! Image is mine - another St. Patrick's day art I made many years ago. Just thought I would share since it is still St. Patty's day here.

When I cut out the carbs, I just am not very hungry. Maybe I need to add a coffee with some cream - that'd add at least 100 cals.

You did well, but less than 1,000 calories a day is not good for your health.

@LadyDuck so then I don't want to eat much else. Although, being picky I don't have many other choices lol

Yes I know, just get full quickly on protein...so don't need a lot of food.
