Here is the finished painting of the fish. All I really needed to do to it was the orange pattern on the main fish. It was harder than it looked and I don't think I got them wavy enough. While that was drying I drew in the black tail with white gel pen, then painted over that with black, making sure some of the white showed through. Then I widened the green that was by it, because I covered up a good deal of the green. When the orange was dry I added little bits of violet in areas. Then I added white stripes and dots the the orange fins. Then I called it finished. I put it aside to dry, then I got out the third fish painting to start on that. I painted in a white stripe at the top to represent the top of the water. I painted one of the fish in a weak layer of orange, but I will go over that agaIn to make it more opaque. Then I left both paintings to dry while I went and had my dinner. I had my dinner and watched My Dream Home on W and Home and Away on 5* and then I did the washing up while Mum watched Great Railway Journeys on BBC2. After I'd washed up I watched Hollyoaks on E4 while eating a mini cupcake, then I watched EastEnders while doing some sudokus and wordsearches in the newspapers. After I'd watched EastEnders I went to carry on with my painting while I watched The Dog House on Channel 4. I painted the background of the third fish painting with ultramarine blue, but every time it started to dry it looked black again, so I went over it again. I've left it to dry now. Now I'm watching Big Brother. In a minute I will have one of my vegan magnum ice lollies. What have you lot been getting up to today? I hope you are all well. Have a great night.
