Can some natural foods remove grey hair?

I keep reading about some natural foods like green leaves such as spinach possessing the ability to turn grey hair white. I think greying of hair is natural and no food can stop it, perhaps some foods can reduce the risks of premature hair greying which still sounds reasonable.

I have read about recent studies that say grey hair can be reversed. It was previously thought that it couldn't be. The studies indicate that grey hair caused by genetics likely can't be reversed while grey hair caused by external factors (stress, diet, etc) may be reversible. So, I suppose that certain foods could help.

I guess the grey hair caused by diet and stress can be reversed.

@ogbenishyna I got grey hair when I was not even 30, it is genetic and not aged related in my case.

It's always interesting to read articles about the potential benefits of certain foods. While it's true that some foods are touted for their ability to promote overall health, including the health of our hair, I totally agree with you that greying hair is a natural part of life's journey. You're right to emphasize that natural greying is a normal process that comes with age and genetics. Embracing our unique features, including grey hair, can be a beautiful part of embracing who we are.

Vegetables, fruits and supplements can do the trick but consult a physician.
