I went to the Chuy’s in Clarksville because my sis-in-law is in the hospital (had shoulder replacement surgery yesterday). They gave me enough chicken taco salad to make it the lunch AND dinner.

@LindaOHio — I think it depends. The surgeon at the VA in Louisiana won’t do my friend’s shoulder because he says he won’t put him through that. My brother is holding out as long as he can (he gets a cortisone shot every other month). I hope she regains use of her arm and learns some independence skills.

@FourWalls I'm losing mobility, especially in my right shoulder in addition to the pain and grinding in the joint. I refuse to get it done! I hope your SIL regains 100% use of her arm.

I hope your SIL is doing well. I heard that shoulder replacement surgery is really rough. That's why I won't get mine done.

No ticket for me.
Your lunch looks good.
I did well with food yesterday. Breakfast: Kashi Go Cinnamon Crisp and banana. Lunch: Eggs with shredded cheese, baked potato, and red grapes. Supper: Neighbor gave me a pork chop with parmesan breading and wild rice. Snack: DC Dove Promise. The scale was good to me this morning.

Is that even a question? Of course I have a ticket. One for now, which I bought online. But I will get some more when I am tooling around today around town.
For dinner last night we ordered some KFC. I got a 12 piece meal with 3 large sides. Cole slaw, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I ordered an extra large side of cole slaw just because we like it so much. All said, the whole meal set us back about $50.

I had a frozen pizza and added some additions like chopped boiled ham which I needed to finish and shredded cheddar,
