Chocolate! Potato Chips! Nasty little cravings that keep haunting me. But as I get older, I do not really care much for any of them. I still love potato chips but most of them just make my stomach uncomfortable. Growing up I remember my mom telling people who offered her different foods, or just talking to me about food, that although she liked the food, the food did not like her. I never understood it really until I was older. Now that I am a senior citizen, I really understand it. Now I have always disliked dark chocolate, even the milk chocolate is tasting more and more bitter over time. Yet I still buy them. Well, I got some peanut M & M's and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups or Eggs and some bite size nacho chips. They don't hurt my stomach like the potato chips do. I know I am going to be giving one of the bags of M & M's away (I bought 2), and possibly part of the peanut butter candy too. Candy is also way too sweet for me after being on a modified KETO diet for over 5 years. Cravings are really nasty things. I know they don't like me anymore. And even when I know I really am not fond of them anymore, they still attack, especially at holidays and special occasions. Cravings go away!!!

My downfall is jelly beans. I could eat a whole package in one sitting. I only eat them when someone else buys them for me. Then do terrible things to my A1C!!! Happy Easter.

I still like chips and candy. A little too much sometimes

I like donuts and cookies myself even though I have to eat them in moderation.
