What I Ate Today - 4/1/24

Hello, how are you all doing?
I know I haven't shared my food and numbers in a while. I got off track over the long weekend. I had pizza, and some other things that I shouldn't have.
My weight did go back up to 213.4 (still down from my highest at 216.4 at the beginning of March).
What did I eat today? I kept it as low as I could, but wasn't great.
Meal 1 - pizza quesadilla (zero net carb tortillas, cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, canadian bacon)
Meal 2 - sandwich with "keto" bread (1 net carb per slice)
I also had a handful of doritos....
Meal 3 -
4 oz deli turkey
I followed that with a protein bar (the brownie batter ones)
Macros for everything -
Calories - 1,017
Protein - 74
Fat - 60
Carbs - 72
Fiber - 33
Net carbs - 39 (If my math is correct lol)
I probably should not have the low carb bread and low carb tortillas in the same day. Honestly, probably shouldn't have them at all, but they help so I am not just eating meat.
Guess we'll see how they work out.
What do you think of the day of eating? Will the scale go down? Probably up tomorrow before it goes down...

I think that the calorie counts are good. Good that you keep a record. It helps to introspect and get back to track.

Everybody fluctuates at times,if they claim they don't they'll lie about other things too. Don't beat yourself up as long as you're not giving up.

i am sorry that diabetes happened to you. my father has it but he isn't well organised like you. i am trying to keep my weight down so for me is standard breakfast of bread and jam, fruit snack, lunch,small sweet,light dinner and that's it. i exercise too. from drinks is water, tea and some juice.

Not at all.... If I ate that I would definitely not lose...but bread with low sugar jam sounds very nice.
