Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - The rest of my leftovers from Longhorn Steakhouse - Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes. Also had some grapes.
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

My Sunday meal was a piece of luncheon meat. I prepared sauerkraut with some chicken bouillon powder and brown sugar and a bit of added water then set the meat on top of that for a couple of hours in my slow cooker, It came out delicious and had fried potatoes with that, Now I have leftovers for tomorrow,

@LindaOHio smoked beef sausages, brats, chicken tenderloins, chicken drumsticks, ham steaks, Of course, the seasoned fries and tater tots remain the same since there is no other potato choice and I am not into peeping potatoes every day, I have ice cream sandwiches and Hostess cup cakes etc

The eclipse should be interesting. We had ham, cottage cheese and grapes for dinner last night. Tonight it will be salmon.

Yummy, yummy chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato from Mark’s for lunch, the rest of my beef stew for dinner. And more apples!!!!

Probably won't see it here, so not too excited.
Chicken tenders sound good. Today we had Easter Brunch (ham, potatoes, eggs, etc)
