Would things be better with teamwork?

When I was still working in my previous jobs, I usually worked with teams. As they said, "Two heads are better than one" in doing certain projects. On the contrary, I prefer to work alone if the team does not need to.  What do you think about working with a team? Image Credit: encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com

I liked working with my husband, but other than that I like more working alone. We have a saying in Italy "the one who works alone works for three".

I can imagine how a person works with people who cannot contribute anything.

@LadyDuck You said it right. Some of them are reaching through FB, but I just ignore them.

@Shavkat Many times those who pretend to help you, only waste your time.

Sometimes it's best to work with a team. I'm like you. If I can work alone, I will.

When I was working with one of the local government agencies in my city, the members were not working well. I felt bad and resigned. I cannot work with them.

@just4him Three months ago, I was asking to re-apply and replace our project manager. But I turned the offer down.

@Shavkat I'm sorry they didn't work well, and you needed to resign.

I am sorry to say that some employed people in government agencies are so not into working seriously.

I agree. This is one of the reasons why I chose to work from home. I do not want to work in a team with a bunch of incompetence.

It all depends on who you're working with and what you're trying to achieve. It isn't always easy working with others.

I agree. if it requires a group of people, then I need to take the chance working with them.

That depends on what kind of work you do. If you have to work as a team, good chemistry matters a lot.

I do hope the members are so enthusiastic and do not play a passive one. I had co-workers like this and cannot endure it.
