Have you ever tried using foot patches or a bandage that you put on your foot before you go to bad to help with losing weight or absorbing vitamins? If so, did it work for you? Did it make you feel better? Just curious.

I used a vitamin patch, not specifically for one’s foot. It was just a small, square patch one is supposed to wear for eight hours a day. I think it worked for me, but I know it certainly didn’t hurt.

I tried to put a sticker that was supposed to help stop the tinnitus, but it doesn't stay on, so it didn't work!

It has been proven that those patches are a scam!

@lifecoachjerusalem I am sure it's better to continue to take the pills.

@LadyDuck I just take so many pills that I forget a few, mostly calcium, I forget to take at night. . . so I thought if the foot patches will work then that is one less pill I have to take.

Maybe it is better to just take the vitamins by a pill. That way I know that I am getting the benefit.

I had detox patches once that I put on my feet over night. I have no idea if they really worked or not.

I am sorry that you didn't really get any benefit from the detox patches.

I haven't tried these. I can't see how they could possibly help you lose weight.

I have tried a cleansing detox foot patch before that I put on my feet overnight. It claims to rid the body of toxins, improve circulation and other health claims. I have no idea if they really worked or not, I did not feel anything. I used a box of it.
