BE-WELL is our latest health insurance, that became affective on January 1st, 2024. Yesterday, Jay and I both received a monthly newsletter from BE-WELL, to update us on what's going on. Yes, this was great. Our health insurance letting us know how much they appreciate us, as new members. I'm only guessing this is what was said, I didn't actually read it. There was a little problem with this newsletter. Both of them were written in Spanish! I'm not sure how this happened, but somebody made a blunder. Neither one of us can read, speak or understand Spanish. So, what did we do with these newsletter? We threw them away:) Photo: Mine

Let them know that you need the ENGLISH version of the newsletter. Our health insurance sent to us their first newsletter in German, I immediately called them to let them know that "German is not spoken here".

@kobesbuddy - Computers should help them to offer a better service, but they are often confused.

I think it was a simple mistake. As you said, next month they will send information in English:)

You need to contact them and let them know you're not Spanish, so they send you the newsletter in English. It's good they thought of you.

Their price is quite a bit higher, it's deducted from our SS each month.

Thank (Gracias) you for the evening laugh. This got me even before I read the rest. "...letting us know how much they appreciate us, as new members. I'm only guessing this is what was said, I didn't actually read it."
