Thinking about food.

It is a work day, but before work I have to have a fasting lipid panel. (Blood test for cholesterol).
I am a breakfast person, I do not do well skipping meals. I will have to pack a breakfast and a lunch. Today is still a work day..
To help I had planned to sleep in, but it did not work.
Bruno keeps reminding me that although I need to fast he does not. I guess I have to go feed the cats, and wash some dishes since I now have hot water to do it with.

I hate having to have tests of any kind taken. It seems like there is always something my PCP wants to test. Have a good weekend.

It was a good idea to pack a breakfast. Cats certainly don't understand about fasting.

I hope the test is quick and you can eat soon. I'm a breakfast person too. I know what you mean by not doing well if you skip breakfast.
