Have you seen this amazing place? This is Sigiriya. It is in my country Sri Lanka. It is written in history that it was built by King Kashapa. But many people including me believe that this amazing creation was made by King Ravana. So what are your thoughts?

Wow, what an amazing place. I have found a video on YouTube that might give a more detailed look at what this beautiful place is. As for when it was built or who built it I haven't a clue, we do not know enough about ancient peoples to know much about ancient structrues they may have built. It is definitely a fascinating place to learn more about. I am providing a video of what I found:

This is the first time that I hear of this place. It is impressive, but I could not imagine who built it.

What I think is how people in the past could build without modern equipment like today, it's amazing.

Yes, there is a staircase built nowadays. But it is believed that in the past, a machine called Karkataka Yantra (elevator) was used to go up.

Many things have been called 'the eighth wonder of the world'. That place is neat but would be neater with a catnip garden.

it's so beautiful! how do we get there, by climbing? I heard of King Ravana; wasn't he the one that kept mother Sita imprisoned for 13 years until god Rama came and saved her, with the help of lord Hanuman?
