Today, while I ate my lunch (new potatoes with lots of butter and ice cream) I decided to clean up a couple of places where I have liquor bottles. Anita can´t do that job. I was amazed at the amount of special liquors I had. I have a giant bottle of tequila Cuervo I brought from Mexico and cachaza from Brazil. Then there was Cacao from Costa Rica and Kirsh I had bought long time ago to make a syrup for pancakes. I bet Humberto will be very happy when he sees them. He will think up what to do with them immediatly. I remember that once a ship´s bartender gave him his recipe book. There they are. I also have "normal" liquors like a bottle of vodka that I keep in the freezer and Scotch that is part of what I usually serve. Do you have strong liquors at your house?
