What's for dinner? May 6

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! Nothing in the fridge/freezer/cabinets looks particularly good this afternoon. I am going to just make a tuna salad sandwich. I haven't had one in awhile. If I can find French fries or tater tots in the freezer I'll make them too. We shall see. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

Still thinking......I do have a yam baking in the toaster oven. And there is mango pineapple salsa in the fridge and black beans. And asparagus that was grown in my state not Mexico.

I didn't have dinner because I ate a bunch of Breyer's Non Dairy Oat Milk Cookies and Cream Ice Cream. So good.
