Bumper crop of the Ber fruit

We had loads of ber fruit this season . I have preserved them using jaggery and they will last me the whole year. Ber fruit is loaded with nutrition. The tree is just outside our gate and watching pasersby pick the fruit was a time pass for me. I also gave away to friends and family. The image shows the fruits getting dried in the sun before they get the jaggery tretment.

@allknowing I know that it is a shame to waste, but this is often what happens with fruits and vegetables.

My problem is there are no takers sometimes of fruits that grow in our compound and the compost pit gets fed
