I was very interested about @NJChicaa idea of a tuna salad sandwich for dinner. So I went to the kitchen. For lunch I had had a breaded fried eggplant, one of my favorite dishes. But I had forgotten about the mess I had left. The breaded fried eggplants need several dishes. At least that´s how I make them. I have one for the batter, another one for the bread and today I decided to "dry" them first with flour. And the there was the skillet and the pot top. Finally it was the dish I brought to my bedroom to eat it while I was watching TV. I´m glad that at least I left everything soaking in warm suds. Of course, when I went to the kitchen the suds were cold but at least nothing was dry or very greasy. But then, instead of making that tuna salad sandwich, I washed dishes. So now I have a cup of coffee and I´m resting a bit before going again to the kitchen for that tuna salad sandwich or, better still, put some butter on a piece of bread, add some salami slices (I still have some left) and come back. There is still the last piece of mocha cake in the fridge too. It could be my dinner. Not very healthy but easier. And delicious.
