A wonderful dinner last night.

Good morning, friends. Yesterday everything could not have been better. My brother and his wife arrived (I let them in by the garage as my brother has phobia for dogs. He saw the giant bags the Mario had filled with what he took out of the garden and offered to takeout 3 bags every day at the time when the garbage truck arrived. I told him the I´d take his word as for me and for Anita it is too difficult. Dinner started with a delicious wine he brought. I provided Camember cheese and green olives filled with jalapeño chilies. Then there was the tongue, the salads and the sauces (mayo and chimichurri). They loved it. Dinner ended with chepes. I had several fillings for them and each of us chose what we wanted. I did not finish making the spinach soup after all so it will be part of my lunch. My SIL brought me some delicious bombons and I generously opened the bag to share with them. Conversation was nice and my brother offered to go with me to see the houses I could buy. I do know that it is part of his way of being (he always thinks that he knows best and has been that way since he was a child). But in this situation it helps me a lot. He is intelligent and can give me good ideas. They went away early and I got into my bed. The dishes are still soaking in the sink but I will not stay in the kitchen until it is warmer. But I will go and bring a cup of coffee. See you later.
