Man becomes 10 years younger after spending 93 days under the Atlantic sea

A man named Dituri who suffered an accident that forced him to stay under the water for more than 3 months was medically certified to be 10 years younger. According to the experts, Dituri also developed better sleep quality , though he is still recovering from injuries.

No. The man stated he feels 10 years younger. He did not actually become 10 years younger.
Back in May, at 74 days, Dr. Joseph Dituri broke the world record for the longest time staying underwater without depressurization.

Feeling younger and being younger are two different things. You can feel younger, but that doesn’t change how old you are.

I have read, he was underwater in a pressurised environment for a scientific test. If people accept to do the same during 2 weeks a year instead of going vacationing MAY BE they could get younger.
