What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
Today has been a good eating day. My stomach is pretty calm which is a nice change. I have lots of food in the fridge so I'm just going to have some leftover Carmine's Penne al Vodka with shredded romano cheese for dinner. I should be good and have a vegetable with it. Maybe. I do have half of a zucchini that I can saute with some onion and EVOO. Yes I should probably do that.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I just finished the last of yesterday´s potatoes. I cut them and fried them in butter with some small amounts of bunch onions. This was really a snack. I was very hungry. For dinner I´ll fry the last steak I have. I´m not sure of the side.

I had gluten-free pasta with tuna and shredded cheese. Nothing fancy.

I had soup and peaches. I also made cheater’s gazpacho, as it hit 90 degrees here today. Officially cold soup season!

Hubby roasted a yam while I was out today. We had that with fruity salsa. I made black bean patties and steamed broccoli. A friend gave us some not very sweet rhubarb crisp so that and the end of the vanilla ice cream finished the meal.
