In India capsicum is available in 3 colours. They are red, green and yellow. The green ones are the most popular. But I love all of them. They add taste in chowmin, fried rice and also in different curries in India.

@sathviksouvik I love bell peppers. Green yellow and red. I sometimes fried them with black bean sauce, sometimes stuffed them with fish paste.

@sathviksouvik I like grilled yellow and red peppers, seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
