What Did YOU Have for Dinner tonight?

Since today was boutique day, I stopped and picked up dinner on my way home. The choice tonight was Chinese take-out. We had our usual which is Pepper Steak, Fried Rice, Pork LoMein, and Hot and Sour Soup. We had one egg roll that came with the pepper steak so we split it. What did you have for dinner tonight? I have had a hankering for not and sour soup recently. I think it has been years. I bought a hot dog on the way home tonight. I'm pooped.

The soup last night had about double the red pepper in it. It really opened the sinuses up!!

I was exhausted yesterday evening, I had some chicken nuggets in the freezer, I heated them in the oven.

I love Chinese. I could go for some orange chicken. I had Meals on Wheels Swedish Meatballs which were pretty good; and then for dinner I had my usual PB&J sandwich. Have a great day.

Orange chicken and Swedish Meatballs sound good. We hit those peanut butter sandwiches a lot with overnight blood sugar crashes.

Last night, my partner and I ate at a Korean Grill Restaurant (Samgyupsal). We ate a lot of unlimited vegetables and meat there. it was so good!
